Depending on the request we offer private appointments for teenage prom dresses and adult occasion dresses.

Prom customers will attend with parent/guardian and will be guided through various dress options fit for budget. Dresses are bought and taken on the day unless we need to order an alternative size - as we keep our stock low to be less wasteful.

Adult occasion appointments are to browse and try on dresses to hire or buy, with styling advice offered to help decisions.

As a small business we hope you understand you buy as seen and we offer no refunds. On certain occasions and if possible we can exchange dresses for those at same value, and will endeavour where possible to help find a solution

Customers under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian and family members are also welcome. But please bare in mind our studio is very small so we cannot seat above 2 additional people!

Adult appointments are usually better 1:1 but it is possible to bring a friend if needed
